Nature-based purpose guiding · Rosenheim & online

Do you long for more depth,
more clarity, more meaning?

There is a quiet longing inside you that won't let go — even when, from the outside, everything looks fine. We accompany you on the way back to yourself, back to nature, back to what makes you truly alive.

  • Do you feel that things cannot go on the way they are?
  • A sense that there is more to discover than work, family and routine?
  • Are you being called by a longing inside you that will not fall silent?
  • Do you dream of a world in which people do what they are truly here for?

Our symbol

The Jellyfish

The jellyfish doesn't need to go anywhere. It doesn't need to be anywhere. It is pure presence — carried by the water that holds it. A source of light in the deep.

For us, it is the most manifested form of the soul: absolute consciousness, floating in an element that remembers. Water is memory. Water is consciousness. Water is love.

If you stay with it long enough, you will find your soul.

What we mean by calling

Not the next career step.
Something older and deeper.

We don't mean a better-fitting job profile. We mean the patient discovery of the unique gifts you came into this world with — in connection with nature and with the greater whole you belong to. Calling, in this sense, is always both: your own path and a contribution to a world in transition.

In a time when artificial intelligence is taking over more and more of the tasks we believed to be genuinely human, this question becomes more urgent, not less. What remains of us when calculating, writing and organising can be done by others? Our answer: that which makes us truly human — our capacity to feel, to dream, to create meaning, to enter into relationship.

We believe that nature is our true origin and remains our real home. By understanding ourselves once again as part of a universe full of soul and meaning, we find the trail of our own destiny.

Our work is to remind you that you came into this world with a unique calling — and that this calling serves not only you, but the greater whole to which you belong.

How we work

Three movements that together form a path

Not a rigid sequence — some people need years in the first movement, others arrive with a clear vision and first have to learn to live it. But as an orientation, they help.

01

Innercraft

The work on the self

Before you can meet your calling, you have to get to know the voices that have so far decided what is right for you. The achiever, the responsible one, the one who must never disappoint. These voices are not wrong — they have often carried you for years. But they are not you.

02

Soulcraft

The work on the soul

When the inner voices grow quieter, something else becomes audible: an older knowing of what you are here for. Bill Plotkin calls this layer Soul — the unique gesture with which every human being is sent into the world. We approach it through imagination, time in nature, the language of images and dreams.

03

Worldcraft

The work in the world

Recognising a calling is one thing. Living it in the midst of life — in relationships, in work, in the commitments that are already there — is another. It is not about starting a different life, but about shifting the weight within the life you have. What was first only function shall take on form.

Certified & rooted in a tradition

Purpose guiding in the tradition of Jonathan Gustin

Our focus is on purpose guiding in the tradition of Jonathan Gustin, founder of the Purpose Guides Institute. We trained there as certified purpose guides — and work with the model that Gustin adopted from Ken Wilber and developed further:

Wake Up

Awakening — recognising what lies beyond everyday consciousness. Belongs to the early movement of Innercraft.

Grow Up

Maturing — responsibility, self-efficacy, adult strength. The maturing of Innercraft.

Show Up

Stepping into the world — the bridge into Soulcraft and Worldcraft. Embodying your calling.

Our methods

Three levels — because a human being is not only mind

We work on the level of the soul, the level of reflection and the level of the body. On each one we stand in a tradition — with teachers whose tools we use ourselves today.

Soulcraft

Bill Plotkin · Brian Stafford · Rachel Duffy

The heart of our depth work: a patient, nature-based approach to the unique gesture of every human being. More a teaching than a method — something one is introduced to step by step.

Carla in a council circle

Council in circle

Ojai Foundation · indigenous lineage

A guided form of speaking and listening in a circle: speak from the heart, listen from the heart, keep to the essential, stay with what is immediate.

Internal Family Systems

Richard Schwartz

What we experience as personality is a multitude of inner parts — each with its own concern and history. IFS gets to know them without fighting them. Clinically validated.

Solution-focused counselling

Steve de Shazer · Insoo Kim Berg

Not every question needs a deep journey. Clear, concise, effective: asking where resources already exist, where the next small step lies.

Systemic structural constellation

Matthias Varga von Kibéd · Insa Sparrer

Some things lie not within a person, but between them and others. With floor anchors and symbols, we make spatially visible what words alone cannot reach.

Integral personal development

Ken Wilber · Susanne Cook-Greuter · Barbara Küchler

A map of human development. It helps to understand which threshold a person is standing at — and which work is due now, and which is not.

Bodywork

Shiatsu · movement · breath

Much of what we know, we have long known in the body. Shiatsu, mindful movement and breathwork — Nikolai has practised breathwork and ice bathing (Wim Hof) intensively since 2016 — are not at the margins of our work, but at its centre.

These methods are not techniques you learn once and then apply. They are practices — things you grow into. We follow what shows itself.

What awaits you on this journey

A remembering of your innermost self

A process in which you may leave old beliefs and conditioning behind — and step into your own calling.

An understanding that you are part of something greater. A discovery of your intuition, your inner voice. A connection with nature and with your soul.

A remembering of your innermost self. Of the reason you were born.

And a path that leads you not only back to yourself, but also out into the world — as someone who has something to give that only she or he can give.

Our offerings

Three ways of working with us

What they all share is the structure of the journey: we begin with the work on the self, move into the depth of the soul, and return to the world with what we have found.

Who we are

Two doorways into the same work

Carla and Nikolai Ladanyi are daughter and father — two generations, two paths in life, the same calling.

Carla Ladanyi

Carla Ladanyi

Purpose Guide · Soulcraft & Council

After my bachelor's degree in Sustainable Development, I realised that the status quo no longer holds — neither for the world nor for the people of my generation. The real answers I found not in research, but in the three years I then spent living in South Africa.

That time was my heroine's journey, my initiation into adulthood and into my calling. Important companions were Bill Plotkin as well as my teachers Brian Stafford and Rachel Duffy. They gave me the tools to guide people honestly into their calling and self-efficacy.

Nikolai Ladanyi

Nikolai Ladanyi

Purpose Guide · Constellation & Breathwork

Nikolai has been an entrepreneur for over thirty years and is also a trained purpose guide. He comes from the perspective of someone who, after a long working life, stood at a threshold and had to ask anew what it had all been for.

In 2006 he learned systemic structural constellation with Matthias Varga von Kibéd and Insa Sparrer — and, with Barbara Küchler, the integral thinking that shapes our work to this day. Since 2016 he has been practising breathwork and ice bathing (Wim Hof) intensively, and is currently training in Kessler Breathwork. This is how he brings breath and bodywork into the practice.

We are daughter and father — and we come through two different doorways into the same work: Carla from the perspective of a generation that grew up with the climate crisis and the question of meaning; Nikolai from the perspective of a long working life. The search for purpose looks different in your twenties than in your fifties. We work with both — across generations, just as in our own family.
